Capturing certain images can stir a feeling within you, it is a visual link leading you right back to that very moment allowing you a tiny window through which you can relive, remember and enjoy over and over again. Believe me when I tell you that three weeks simply wasn't enough time to get under the skin of Canada although I feel that it was a swell beginning to my relationship with the country and by glancing back at the breath taking nature, the sincerest and most welcoming folk, the incredible wildlife and it's heart felt history- I can tell that this is a love affair for the books!
In order to keep this endurable (I mentioned the 4000 somewhat pictures, right?), I've decided to share my photographs in a series of posts, starting with some simple snapshots taken throughout the entirety of the trip, followed by several individual posts featuring more specific places. Settle in for the highlight reel of my journey round Alberta and British Colombia!
Just flicking back through these pictures makes me want to get planning my next visit, but for now, compiling several blog posts to share with you lovelies will just have to suffice! Stay tuned for further images of Canada's finest scenery; including the Red Rock Canyons, Banff and Jasper National Park, an ancient glacier, historic towns of Greenwood, Rosebud, Fernie and Rossland and more grizzly bear action!!
